Awarneas is the name of our village and it is named after our goddess Awara. The Awanaas (villagers) live in calakes ( houses) which is made out of a form of yamp (coral) that the builders cultivate and build with the help of scientist who developed a type of material called temet (cement). The oppio (water) that we live in is warm. We live in a shell of a volcano that takes a day to swim across. There are still spots in the east where the volcano is active where the builders go to collect metal to make weapons and tools for the Awannas. The area around us flourished with yamp (coral) which grows in abundance because of the warm shallow environment. The aulta (fish) are plenty. Though we live in harmony with them and only consume the ones that our Coull (farmer) raise. The levels of the oppio (water) raises when our goddess Awara is near and falls when the goddess is away from us. This is when Oodus is near and makes the oppio(water) bright. To the south there is no coral but, a type of grass grows that farmers go and collect to take to their desetals (sea cows). To west is the forbidden lands because this is where the drop off is. There is a system of caves here where the SeiLgu (undesirables) live we do not go here we do not venture. To north is what remains of the volcano protrudes out of the oppio (water) which reaches to the sky into the clouds. There is always itba (lightning) at the top of the volcano that we can see at night when we look to the goddess. There are many other liandas (islands) that we know of but, this is the one that we live under. Every 300 AwarAa Salkic (moon cycles) when Awara is closest to Awarneas the liandas (islands) that are above us to the north are flooded with water and we can explore them and collect the oloppes (fruits) that do not grow in the oppio (water).
